Emirates Graphic was founded in Dubai in 2013 by Sacha Christe. It works from Jumeirah Lakes Towers, and its team of around 36 people is fully in-house rather than spread across offshore delivery centres. That is less common in Dubai than you might expect, where many agencies sell locally and build elsewhere.

Mobile apps are the largest part of the business. The agency builds cross-platform apps with Flutter and React Native, alongside custom websites and web applications, UI and UX design, enterprise dashboards and some Web3 and blockchain platform work. It also runs SEO and digital marketing for clients who want the launch and the growth work handled by the same team.

The company says it has delivered more than 400 websites and more than 200 mobile apps. Its client base spans real estate, retail and ecommerce, hospitality, food and beverage, education, financial services, logistics and media.

On Clutch, the agency lists a minimum project size of 5,000 US dollars and hourly rates in the 25 to 49 dollar band, which puts it at the accessible end of the Dubai market for app work.

Emirates Graphic suits small and mid-sized businesses in the UAE that want a local team for a first app or a website rebuild, and that value being able to meet the people doing the work. Larger programmes that need dozens of engineers at once, or deep back-office integration, may be better served by one of the bigger regional firms.
