Google teased the foldable by name. On 3 August 2026 it posted a 15 second video showing the Pixel 11 Pro Fold opening, with the line "To switch phones, you have to be open to what's new. And to what opens." The clip is short and shows little on purpose. It confirms the name, the folding design, and that Google is selling the phone on Gemini. That is the whole of what Google has said about it. Google's Made by Google event is on 12 August 2026 in New York, and pre-orders for the Pixel 11 line open that day. Google has not published a separate on-sale date for the foldable. Nothing else is confirmed. No price, no screen sizes, no chip, no camera detail. Every specification in circulation for this phone is a leak.
