A Shopify payments app from Devsinc that connects a store to more than 40 local and international payment gateways through one install, aimed at merchants in markets Shopify Payments does not cover.

About UnumPay

UnumPay is a Shopify payments app built by Devsinc. One install connects a store to more than 40 local and international payment gateways, so a merchant can offer the methods its buyers actually use without wiring up each provider separately. It is aimed at stores selling in countries where Shopify Payments is not available, and at merchants who want more than one gateway live at the same time.

What does UnumPay do?

You install UnumPay from the Shopify App Store and add your payment gateways inside its own dashboard. No developer is needed for setup, according to Devsinc.

The point of running several gateways at once is resilience. If one provider has an outage, checkout keeps working through another one instead of failing outright.

Supported payment methods include cards, e-wallets, Apple Pay, Google Pay, QR payments, buy now pay later and local bank transfers. Which of those your buyers actually see depends on the gateways you connect.

Which countries and gateways does it cover?

Devsinc says UnumPay works in more than 45 countries, including Pakistan, the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia, and reaches global markets through partners such as Stripe, Checkout.com and Flutterwave.

That breadth matters most in markets where card acceptance is patchy and local wallets or bank transfers carry a big share of orders. Before you commit, check that the exact gateway you have an account with is on the supported list for your country. A long list of gateways is only useful if yours is on it.

What is in the dashboard?

The dashboard shows all connected gateways, orders and transactions in one place, so you are not logging into five provider portals to reconcile a day of sales. Transaction reports export in a format ready for reconciliation.

It handles multi-currency storefronts and can adjust round-off amounts, and the dashboard itself is available in English, Arabic and French.

There is also an advance payments feature. It lets a store collect a deposit up front for pre-orders and made-to-order products, then take the balance later. That suits furniture, custom clothing and other goods that are produced after the order comes in.

How much does UnumPay cost?

On its Shopify App Store listing in October 2026, UnumPay is free to install and runs on a pay-as-you-go plan that charges 0.85 percent per transaction. No credit card is needed at install.

Two other costs sit outside the app. Each payment gateway charges its own processing fees. And depending on your Shopify plan, Shopify can add its own transaction fee when a store takes payments through a third-party provider instead of Shopify Payments. Add all three to your sums before comparing it with other options.

How widely is it used?

Devsinc reports more than 2,500 merchant installs, more than 80,000 transactions a month and more than 8 million US dollars processed each month. It also cites a 4.7 star rating on the Shopify App Store.

These are the developer's own figures. They are a fair signal that the app runs in production at real volume, but read recent App Store reviews for the gateways and countries closest to yours.

Who should choose something else?

If Shopify Payments is available in your country and already covers the payment methods your customers use, the built-in option is simpler. It keeps a third-party app out of your checkout path and avoids the extra fees on outside providers.

A store that only ever needs one gateway may also be better served by that provider's own Shopify app, if it has one.

And very large merchants that already run payment orchestration through an enterprise contract will usually want routing rules, retries and reporting at that level rather than a single Shopify app. UnumPay fits best for small and mid-sized stores selling into markets where local payment methods decide whether a sale happens.
