That is really the whole review. The queues, the tests, the audit logging were all there from the start rather than bolted on when we grew. We have added a fair bit on top since without needing to call them back.

Metacubic scoped it in a week and built against the real thing from day one, which I suspect is why it worked. They also set up evaluation so we could check the output ourselves. Handover was clean and our own engineers run it now.
