How does the Encompass indexing agent work?
Kizen describes a workflow that starts when documents are uploaded inside Encompass. The agent classifies each document against a lender-specific taxonomy and returns a classification, confidence score and reasoning. If one PDF contains multiple documents, the system can identify page ranges, split the package and classify each part separately. Classified files are then routed into the appropriate Encompass eFolder.
