How the wireless conferencing workflow works

The user pairs the laptop with the room by entering the four-digit code shown on the AeriCast display. The AeriCast Client then connects to the Receiver running in the room and exposes AeriCast virtual camera, microphone and speaker devices on the laptop. Inside the chosen meeting application, the user selects those virtual devices and joins the call. AeriCast documents support for common services including Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Webex, Slack and Skype.
